Inspection:Most items offered for sales are seized or used surplus property and may contain defects not immediately detectable. 21st Drug Task Force has limited knowledge of most items offered at auction. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated. INSPECTION BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!!!!!! Payment: Payment in full is due not later than 10 business days from the time and date of the End of Auction Seller Notification email.Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, A Money Order, Checks shall be made payable to: 21st Drug Task Force. Payments shall be received by mail before pickup or at the time of pickup. No property will be release until payment in full. If payment is mailed to the Drug Task Force, please place the Asset ID # with the form of payment.
Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of the end of auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing,loading and transportation of the property. Under NO circumstances will the 21st Drug Task Force assumes responsibility for storage, packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed Tuesday - Thursday 1:00 pm through 6:00pm. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days after the end of auction. All sales are final upon payment and removal of property.
