Collection of Personal Information

In order to become a member of PSA, you will be asked to enter personal information such as full name, address, city, state, zip, country, phone number, date of birth, e-mail address, usename and password. Please do not use your full name or social security number as your username. We caution you against providing personal information to strangers online, which they may use for illegal or harmful purposes.

We may collect information about your visit, including the pages you view, the links you click and other actions taken in connection with PSA sites and services. We also collect certain standard information that your browser sends to every website or service you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access times and referring Web site addresses.

We will never ask you to provide credit card or banking information for our site nor do we store any credit card or banking information. If someone claiming to be with PSA or the 21st Drug Task Force ask for that information, please notify us immediately at (615) 790-2691.

We will honor all legal judicial summons for personal records by courts with jurisdiction.
